Passionate about mountaineering and nature sports, 10 years ago Raisa found in the Azores a way to unite her work and her passion for adventure and today she is pleased to bring the joy of reaching the top of the mountain to more travelers who, like her, love to live intensely.

International Mountaineering
Specialized in Pico Mountain, working as a Mountain Guide since 2015 hiking to the highest point in Portugal, Raisa de Oliveira has more than 900 successful ascents to the summit.
He carried out high mountain expeditions in Ecuador, climbing the Chimborazo mountains (6,300 meters), Cayambe (5,790 meters), Cotopaxi (5,897 meters) and , where the oxygen level is practically half that available at sea level.
She has explored great trails between New Zealand, Patagonia and the Pyrenees, climbed the frozen waterfalls of South Tyrol in Italy and reached the highest point in the Atlas 4167m Jbel Toubkal in Morocco, and is always looking for new adventures around the world.
In addition to Pico Mountain, he is also a Glacier Guide in Iceland, and promotes expeditions to the highest mountain in the Atlas in Morocco 4167m and the highest mountain in Spain Teide 3718m.
With a deep respect for the mountains and years of hands-on experience in high altitude environments, Justin is a dedicated mountain guide committed to helping others explore the outdoors safely and confidently. Specializing in hiking, climbing, and high-altitude expeditions, Justin combines technical expertise with a calm, fun, supportive approach that puts clients at ease in even the most challenging conditions.
Trained in navigation, wilderness first aid, crowd control and risk management, Justin has guided individuals and groups across a wide range of terrains—from rugged peaks to remote backcountry trails. Whether working with beginners taking their first steps into the mountains or experienced adventurers seeking new challenges, Justin tailors each journey to match the goals and abilities of the group.
Because of the love of mountains Justin has been to North Base Camp (Nepal), South Base Camp (Tibet), Kilimanjaro (Tanzania), Chimborazo (Ecuador) and done few hikes in the Alps.
Beyond guiding, Justin is passionate about environmental stewardship and educating others on responsible outdoor practices. Every trip is not just an adventure, but an opportunity to connect with nature, build confidence, and create lasting memories.
